Ergonomic Job Modification
This is an evaluation of a job with the intent to accommodate restrictions from the physician, to improve function, prevents further injury, and explore ergonomic alternatives. Typically this evaluation is done at the job site with the goal of helping each of our clients stay at his/her job or to facilitate return-to-work. Job modifications can include changes in work methods, workstation design, worksite adjustments, job task restructuring, and equipment.
