Pre-Job Accommodation

This is an evaluation which is used for a combination to make it possible for the worker to meet the essential functions of the job or to participate in a retraining plan. There is an identified job goal but the client may be in retraining or in on-the-job training. This can include worksite adjustments, job task restructuring, tools, and equipment.
